Senior Python Developer

- Design, build, and maintain Python applications and backend services for a range of client projects
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Review code written by teammates and share constructive, helpful feedback
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, and keep our systems running smoothly
- Help document your work so the whole team can learn and build on it

- Solid hands-on experience with Python, even if you are early in your professional career
- Familiarity with at least one web framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and version control tools like Git
- Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn and collaborate
- Bonus points if you have worked with cloud platforms or have experience working in Mozambique or the wider African tech ecosystem
