Finance Manager

We are looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our team in Mozambique and help us build a stronger financial future together.

This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take on responsibility, and passionate about numbers and impact. You will work closely with senior leaders and get hands-on experience across all areas of finance. - Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, invoicing, and record keeping
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support internal and external audits by keeping accurate and well-organised financial records
- Monitor cash flow and flag any financial risks or irregularities to senior management
- Work with team members across departments to ensure financial processes run smoothly and efficiently

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Some practical experience through internships, university projects, or entry-level roles is an advantage but not required
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial software; experience with tools like QuickBooks or Excel is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese is required; working knowledge of English is an advantage
