Welcome to Tsala AI. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of the Tsala AI platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Tsala AI is a talent matching and recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employers. The platform uses artificial intelligence, including Claude AI by Anthropic, to provide features such as CV analysis, job matching, profile feedback, and interview coaching.

3. AI-Powered Features

Tsala AI uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude API) to power intelligent features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

Your content (CV text, job descriptions, profile information) may be processed by AI systems to generate analysis, recommendations, or other outputs.
AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Always apply your own judgement.
We implement measures to minimise the personal data sent to AI providers, but some content processing is inherent to these features.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles
Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or harm other users
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measures
Use automated tools to create accounts or submit applications in bulk
Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via bank transfer. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tsala AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve the service. We will not sell your content to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsala AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
