About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead development of our core AI platform. You will design and build scalable systems, mentor developers, and help shape the technical direction of Tsala AI.
Responsibilities
• Architect and build scalable backend systems in Python/Django
• Lead code reviews and technical discussions
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Contribute to infrastructure and CI/CD improvements
Requirements
• 5+ years of Python and Django experience
• Strong PostgreSQL and Redis knowledge
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
